1. The only reason why this agreement has not been implemented,
according to Helmut, was because
the Taiwanese government insisted that the pu
blic announcement about this agreement state that this agreement is betweenBio
NTech and the INDEPENDENT Government of Taiwan. Since this was unacceptableto
Fosun, the deal was cancelled.
